Live Sales

Please tune in at the beginning of each live sale for instructions on how the sale will work. If you join late, don’t hesitate to ask questions before claiming — we’re always happy to help.

A claim is a commitment to purchase. After claiming, please send a direct message with your name and contact information so I can confirm your purchase. Invoices are sent through Shopify (or Paloma, depending on the event) and must be paid within 24 hours or the item will be relisted.

For larger or fragile pieces, shipping may be billed separately once packed. All sales are final, so please review details carefully before purchasing.

Feed Post Sales

To purchase from an Instagram feed post, comment “CLAIM” on the post and send a direct message with your name and contact information. I will confirm your claim and send an invoice through Shopify or Paloma.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or the item will be made available again. Shipping may be included in your invoice or billed separately depending on the size and fragility of the piece.

As with all sales, items are final sale and non-refundable. Please reach out with any questions before claiming.

Online Shop Purchases

Select pieces are also available directly through our online shop, where checkout and shipping are completed in one step. These purchases follow the same final sale and vintage disclaimer policies listed below.

In the event that an item sells simultaneously on Instagram and our website, the website purchase takes priority.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $16, plus $2 per additional item. Oversized or heavy pieces will receive a separate invoice once wrapped. All shipments include insurance at cost to protect both buyer and seller.

We do not profit from shipping. Rates reflect packaging and carrier costs to ensure your items arrive safely. If shipping isn’t paid within 30 days (without prior approval), the item will be considered abandoned.

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up is available in Plano, Texas. Please contact me to coordinate logistics prior to pickup — the exact address will be provided once confirmed.

All items must be collected within 30 days of purchase, unless extended arrangements have been approved. Items left beyond 30 days without communication will be considered abandoned and returned to inventory.

Condition & Disclaimers

Most of our pieces are vintage or antique and may show minor wear consistent with age. We describe and photograph all notable details, but buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully. Major flaws will always be disclosed.

All purchases are final sale.

Texas Sales Tax

Texas  is a destination sales tax state. If you are a resident of Texas, all purchases are subject to the state sales tax and will be included in your invoice.
